Nightjar Bar

Sample project

The brief

A bar that wants a simple site with an events page, branded email and WhatsApp contact.

Sample project. The business is fictional and is used only to show how a scope fits together. It is not a real client, and no results, rankings, traffic or sales are claimed.

The execution: what we would put together

Service	Price	Billing
Starter Website	£99	one off
Professional Email Setup	£29	one off
Basic Logo Package	£59	one off
WhatsApp Integration	£20	one off

What we would need from the client

• Accurate details about your business, services, service area and contact details
• Up to 10 photos you have permission to use
• Your domain and access to it
• The mailbox name you want, such as info@yourdomain
• Your business name and a short description of what you do
• Any style preferences, such as colours you like

Not included in the scope

• Additional pages
• Bespoke design
• Custom coding
• Mailbox subscription
• Email provider fees
• Multiple mailboxes

The result

This is a sample project, so no results are claimed. This is what the scope would put in place:

• Starter Website: A simple professional one page website for adult and restricted industry businesses that want to get online quickly.
• Professional Email Setup: Set up a professional business email address using the customer’s own domain.
• Basic Logo Package: A clean, professional logo for your business without the cost of a full branding project.
• WhatsApp Integration: Make it easy for website visitors to contact the business through WhatsApp.

Third party subscription or registration costs are separate unless a service page says otherwise. Timelines start once we have everything we need from the client.
