Cookies are small files that a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, let a website keep small items of information on your device in the same way. In this policy we call all of them “storage”.

Storage that is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for does not need your consent. Anything else does.

Our own pages do not set any cookies. They use the following items of browser storage, all of which are essential or requested by you:

• immorl_cc. Held in local storage. It records whether you pressed Accept or Decline on the cookie banner, so we do not ask you again on every page. It stays until you clear your site data or reset your choice below.
• immorl_quote. Held in local storage. It keeps the services you have added to your quote, so they are still there when you move between pages. It stays until you clear it or clear your site data.
• im_theme. Held in local storage. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays until you clear your site data.

None of these items contain your name or contact details, and none of them are sent to advertisers or used to track you across other websites.

When you first visit, a banner offers Accept and Decline. Everything we store is essential or requested by you, so both buttons lead to the same result: your choice is remembered, and the site works in the same way either way.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

You can clear your cookie choice at any time by deleting the site data for immorl.com in your browser settings (look for “site data”, “cookies and site data” or “storage”). The banner will then appear again on your next visit.

You can also set your browser to block cookies and site data. If you do, the site will still work, but it will not remember your choice, your quote or your theme between visits.

Some third party services are involved when you use our website. We do not add their cookies to our pages, but you should know about them:

• Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google. This means your browser contacts Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. We do not use Google Fonts for tracking.
• Hosting. Our website is delivered through a hosting provider, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• External websites. Links to social media services and other external websites are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click, and once you do, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
• Email. Our forms open your own email app with your message ready to send. Nothing is sent to us until you send that email.

We may update this policy if what the site stores changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
