No. IMMORL is not a lawyer, a compliance certifier or a payment processor, and we cannot guarantee approval by any provider or platform. Their rules vary and can change, so we check the terms that apply to your service before we start.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or sales?Services
No. We do not guarantee a position on Google, a number of leads, reviews or any business outcome.
Are domain, hosting and other third-party costs included?Pricing
Third-party subscription or registration costs are separate unless a service page says otherwise. Each page lists what is and is not included.
Can you look after a website you did not build?Services
Our monthly website care plans are available for websites built by IMMORL. This lets us give reliable support using a setup we know and can maintain properly.
Do you write the website text?Services
Yes. Website text is written and structured for your business from the information you provide, and we need accurate details, plus images and testimonials you have permission to use.
Do you create reviews or testimonials?Reviews
Never. We do not encourage fake, purchased or incentivised reviews, reviews from people who did not use your business, or reviews written by IMMORL pretending to be customers.
