Our monthly website care plans are available for websites built by IMMORL. This lets us give reliable support using a setup we know and can maintain properly.

Yes. Website text is written and structured for your business from the information you provide, and we need accurate details, plus images and testimonials you have permission to use.

Never. We do not encourage fake, purchased or incentivised reviews, reviews from people who did not use your business, or reviews written by IMMORL pretending to be customers.

Yes. Care plans include small edits every month, and one off small edits are £20.

No. We write and structure your website text using the information you provide.

Yes. You provide the photographs you want published and must have permission to use them.

Extra Standard Website Page is £55. Add ons are fixed price, so you know the cost before we carry out the work.

If you have an active monthly website maintenance plan, small edits are normally handled through your included monthly edit allowance first. The £20 fee is not charged when your request is covered by your monthly allowance.

No. These allowances are for images you supply. They are not a photography service.

Images must be suitable for use on the website, and you must have permission to publish them.

No. Testimonials must be genuine and supplied by you, with permission to publish them.

No. Monthly edit allowances reset each month.

No. New pages are outside the monthly small edit allowance and can be purchased separately.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. It is the process of improving your website and online presence so search engines can better understand your business and relevant customers can find you.

No. Google rankings depend on many factors outside our control, so we never guarantee a particular ranking or position.

Not every business needs ongoing SEO. SEO Setup can be suitable if you mainly need your foundations put in place. Ongoing plans are designed for businesses that want continued improvement.

Yes. SEO Pro includes one search focused content piece per month within the stated scope. Additional content can also be purchased separately.

No. SEO can improve your visibility and help relevant customers find your business, but we cannot guarantee a particular number of calls, enquiries or customers.

No. We provide on page SEO and stronger search foundations where included, but we do not guarantee particular Google rankings.

A bundle combines a website, Google Business Profile, logo and professional email with ongoing monthly care for one fixed upfront price and one fixed monthly price.

The upfront fee covers the initial setup and build work. The monthly fee covers the ongoing services listed in your bundle, and it continues after your website has been built.

No. Your monthly website edit allowance (15, 30 or 45 minutes depending on the bundle) resets each month and does not roll over.

Bundles do not include unlimited work. Anything outside the stated scope is charged using our normal fixed price add ons, so you always know the cost first.

A simple starter package for adult and restricted industry businesses: a professional one page website for £99, then £29 a month for website care, a professional email mailbox, WhatsApp integration, a 75 photo website allowance and extra website edits.

It is £99 upfront, then £29 a month.

Up to 55 minutes of small website edits every month: 30 minutes from Website Care plus 25 additional minutes from SBS. The allowance does not roll over.

Google Business Profile Setup for £59 (normally £99), Google Business Profile Care for £48 a month (normally £59 a month), Basic Branding for £65, and 10% off eligible fixed price IMMORL add ons. The discount covers IMMORL service fees only, not third party costs.

No. Each branding and marketing service is a fixed one off price.

No. These services give you professional materials for your business, but we do not promise leads, sales, engagement or followers.

No. These are simple, fixed scope services. Full brand identity projects and ongoing social media management are not included.

Yes. Professional Email Setup is £29 for one mailbox, and the mailbox itself is £6 a month. Additional mailboxes are £6 a month each.

Yes. Email migration is £59 for one mailbox up to 5GB, £99 for up to 3 mailboxes, or £149 for one mailbox over 5GB and up to 20GB. Migration depends on your existing email provider and the access available.

We can help you ask customers for genuine reviews. We never create, buy or incentivise reviews, and we cannot promise a particular number or position. Our Review Request Setup (£39), Review QR Code (£15), Review Request Templates (£19) and Google Review Link (£15) are available as additional services.

Yes. Google Reviews Integration is £39 and shows your Google reviews on your website. We only ever work with genuine reviews.
